FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS:

Employers may contact us for sponsoring their employees or nominating their dependents for the courses. They may claim deductions in taxes as per the prevalent laws. Many organisations have benefited from this initiative.

 

The benefits that the company accrues by working proactively in improving employee education rather then being a passive reimburser of expense after the employee incurs the same to upgrade their education level or by sending them to workshops of extremely short-term duration, translates into:

  • Higher employee morale and loyalty.
  • Lower employee turnover Increased productivity

 

For the company’s external CUSTOMERS / VENDORS:

 

The company may also present these programs to its customers / vendors which are much appreciated rather than any tangible gift. As on date any gift given by the company to its customers / vendors will be in the form of Special discount / bonus or reimbursement of freight / taxes or White goods, mementos, gold and precious metals etc. Foreign travel etc. or Value addition benefits, Priority delivery etc. In all the above examples the gift is general repetitive, is not of prolonged value and easily replicated by the competitor. When the customer / vendors or his child or somebody dear to him gets a coveted qualification, he thankfully remembers the company for the rest of his life for this positive intervention and also develops his own setup which is of direct interest to the organization. This also results in:

  • Improved customer loyalty and goodwill.
  • Increased sales and market penetration.

This translates into increased revenue and profitability to the organization which far surpasses the investment made and works out to be an excellent ROI.

 

 

ADVANTAGES: The company pays only for enrolments and so there is not wastage. Also the customer / vendor gets management knowledge which translates to better understanding of company ideology.

 

Executive Programs

The executive programs are based on issues which students are likely to face in their working life such as thinking strategically, gaining and keeping a competitive advantage, linking strategic and operating goals, implementing new initiatives, understanding organizational behavior etc. The methodology of the program is similar as regular course, but the Organization has the option of customizing the modules to be undertaken based on the specific needs. So the organization gets the advantage of a flexible program by choosing some elective modules amongst the modules of the course. The project work and survey is held under the guidance of the person from within the organization, this ensures confidentiality of the company’s intellectual property and also augments the knowledge pool.

 

On full sponsoring of minimum 15 students or part (50%) sponsoring of minimum 30 students the logo of the company is inserted on the mark sheet / course transcript. The students may be sponsored for different group of electives / Course.

 

Provisions exist to restrict students from appearing for exams if they leave the service of the sponsoring organisation during the course duration of 1 year. This has been an effective tool for employee retention programs for HR managers especially in industries where attrition rate is high amongst different employee levels.

 

The courses are also used to supplement the induction / up gradation programs

Example: An employee with no relevant qualification in the stores department can be sponsored for a course in Stores and logistics management etc.

 

Management development programs:

 

A belief in the value of knowledge and learning is vitally important for modern managers. This leads to giving practical and theoretical knowledge to shape values, beliefs and behaviors. This also leads to improved judgment and enabling people to be objective in difficult situations.
