The Media Relations Group and the Broadcast Group work together to achieve visibility in the media for academic and administrative units of the university, with emphasis on national and international media.
The Media Relations Group obtains print coverage by identifying opportunities in breaking news and trend stories and by placing news, features, and faculty opinion essays in newspapers, magazines, and other publications. The Media Relations Group also produces the University Journal, the faculty and staff newspaper.
The Broadcast Group places faculty experts discussing breaking news or University research on local, national, and international television and radio programs. The Broadcast Group also |
