* What qualification will I obtain from the South Asia University ?
You will be awarded the Diploma / Degree as per your program directly by South Asia University .

* How do I know I will receive the best quality education and training?
Unlike many other institutions who only have a quality review, if at all, every four or five years, SAU undergoes a rigorous quality audit by its accreditation bodies every year and is consistently recognized as having achieved the highest standards of quality in delivery, student support, assessment, and student achievement.

* Is the course recognized in my country?
In many countries we are not recognized by the legal educational body. The qualification of SAU will thus not be acceptable by government employers in those countries. Although we are generally accepted by private companies all over the world considering our curriculum and university reputation

Course customization is permitted only for corporate plans where a bulk of students enroll for a particular customized course.

* How soon will I know if my application has been accepted?
Within 3-5 working days from the receipt of your application form you will be informed if your application has been accepted.

* How long will it take me to complete a course?
Courses are bespoke and can be tailored to suit the needs of the individual. Programs can be delivered in a number of ways, intensive, distance-learning and weekly, depending on the type of course, country of study and the level.

* Will I receive additional support throughout my course?
Yes, you will be assigned a personal tutor who will provide as much guidance and support as you may need as well as mark your assignments. You may submit drafts of your work to check with your tutor that you are on the right track. You will get detailed feedback on your work. will be assigned a tutor who you can email for additional help throughout your course.

* I've got a complaint - what do I do?
If you have a complaint you can contact any of the SAU team. If you would like to talk to us personally then you can arrange a meeting to discuss your complaint. All of the issues discussed will be confidential.

* How do I contact my tutor/lecturer?
When you start the course you will be provided with a student handbook. There will be a list of contact numbers and addresses included in the handbook. Also the email id of all support is support@sauniv.com .

* Where can I find relevant information concerning my course?
When you start the course you may be provided with a reading list of books, which will include all of the information which is needed. If you are not provided with this list, ask your tutor or locals libraries will be able to assist you further.

* Where can I go for help?
During the course if there are any immediate problems concerning your work, please do not hesitate to contact your tutor who will be happy to assist. If the problem is on a personal level, please inform your personal carer/teacher who should help you deal with your problem.
